The last ENB Meeting (Thursday May 14th) saw the first in what we hope to be an ongoing series of Pitch-ur-Business nights where 5 ENB members have the chance to pitch their business/business idea to a panel of business experts as well as to the ENB audience.
This May saw companies TheAblo, www.theablo.com, Bonita World, www.bonita-world.com, PhyMen Coach Barcelona, www.phymencoach.com, Law At Work, www.lawatwork.net, Barcelona Wine Club, www.barcelonawineclub.com pitch their companies to the panel.
Each presenter had 5 minutes to sell their company/business idea and then were asked a series of pointed questions from the panel and the audience. At the end of the evening the panel chose the presenter who they believed had the most viable business proposal and the audience voted for the best overall presentation.
The winner of the best business proposal was Felipe Araujo, TheAblo and the winner for best overall presentation was Sandra Lund, Barcelona Wine Tasting Club. Both winners received a free meal at the only Jamaican restaurant in Barcelona Stush & Teng.
