This month’s Spotlight is on BOT43 and Erica Szabo. After many years as a graphic and digital media design professional designing brands, user interfaces and websites for companies, Erica has added another facet to her business and launched BOT43, a platform for which she designs fun, irreverant illustrations to apply to accessories and products. Although you may not have met BOT43 (yet!), this hard to find but funloving bot, who is more interested in chocolate than in search and destroy missions, is the inspiration for a line of planned products featuring aliens, freaks and oddballs, all slightly tongue in cheek, on highly graphic and stylized backdrops.
