It’s nearing that festive season, and ENB are ready to celebrate the Christmas festivities in style!
ENB invite members to join them on Wednesday 17th December at 20.00h for our Christmas Party.
The Christmas Party will start with a sit-down dinner at the Hotel Casanova followed by drinks and frivolities in the hotel bar afterwards.
The meal will be 40 € per person and will include the following:
Aperitivos:
Chips de tubérculos
Cucharita de ceviche de pescado y crujiente de cítricos
Crujiente de pasta philo con verduritas, langostinos y soja
Croquetas caseras de carabineros
Coca de aceite de oliva con tomate fresco, mozzarella y albahaca
Starters:
Ensalada de verdes con jamón Ibérico, tomate seco, parmesano y crujiente de pan especiado
Main:
Pato barberie lacado con mango y setas confitadas
Lubina con pistachos y timbal de verduritas de invierno
Dessert:
Bizcocho de chocolate amargo con crema de café y canela
Cafés, turrones y neulas
Beverages:
Aguas minerales
Vino tinto Azabache tempranillo D.O. Rioja
Vino blanco Mont Marçal D.O. Penedés
Cava Codorniu Brut
We will also be holding a small ENB Awards Ceremony at the Christmas dinner in recognition of some of our most innovative, dedicated and passionate ENB members!
