Last month saw the first ENB Round Table meeting where we asked a selection of ENB members to attend and voice their ideas and opinions on the network, its organisation, events, seminars and ideas for future development. We would like to thank all those members who participated for their positive, constructive and valuable contributions.
Areas up for discussion were:
- Feedback on the new ENB management & format- Seminars and workshops / Educational aspect of the network - Focus groups / Problem solving workshops - Market / Industry specific networking sub-groups - Speed networking - Web site development / Community Forum / Newsletters - Advertising & PR - Joining forces with a local Catalan network - Fundraising & events - Membership options & benefits - More member involvement
ENB has taken on board all of the comments and suggestions presented and will be working to implement these where possible over the coming months.
As this meeting was such a success, we will be looking to host regular Round Table meetings so as to allow for member feedback and discussion with a view to creating a pool of ideas and resources, which we can call upon to assist in the networks growth.
