WHO ARE WE
ENB (formerly EN-Barcelona) is run by Nick Lesser MD of Vivolinx, Robert Craig MD of Guide Out To Barcelona, Tony Anagor MD of Lifestyle Barcelona and Lucy Davis of DAP Creative. The new site was launched in Feb 2008 with a fresh new focus on the principals of entrepreneurship. The network is run by members for the members, we welcome entrepreneurs from all walks of life. This month we are shining the Spotlight on ENB member Paul Gregson and his company NVYRO.
A real alternative to plastic and polystyrene food containers is now available in Spain.
NVYRO [“enviro”] is launching its range of cups, plates, bowls and trays into the market to satisfy the growing need for greener, more environmentally friendly catering disposables. Made from natural plant, after use the products can be composted or left to naturally degrade (a process that is accelerated when in prolonged contact with moisture). As the products are made from 100% food-grade material they are edible [although the taste is a little bland].
NVYRO products are used in a wide range of locations in the UK including very high profile Government Offices, Fortnum & Mason, at the Glastonbury Festival, the Forestry Commission and many more. Companies are on the whole using the products for outdoor catering, staff and school canteens and immediately eaten take-away food.
