The next meeting of the Entrepreneurs Network Barcelona will take place on Thursday 12th June at 7.30pm prompt at our current venue Hotel Casanova 559 Gran Via (on the corner of Gran Via and Casanova).
This month the seminar will be entitled ´Running a Small Business in Catalunya´ we will deal with all of the issues concerning starting up and running a business such as:
- Legal requirements for a small company to set up in Spain.
- Differences between autonomos , SCP, employees and directors.
- Differences between an SL and an SA
- Accounting requirements for an autonomo and an SL and an SA
- The concept of a convenio and what it means when employing staff.
- How to read a basic nomina.
Plus many other topics that are relevant to small business owners in Barcelona.
The Seminar will consist of a 25 minute presentation followed by a questions and answer session of 35 minutes so make sure you have your questions prepared!
The Seminar will be given by Javier Garcia from Sanchez Molina Abogados
There will be no charge for the seminar, but spaces are limited to the first 20 people who sign up. If you would like to attend please send us an email this week to secure a place.
Following the seminar, the regular ’social evening’ will take place in the bar area. The meeting begins at 8.30pm and entry is free, you simply pay for what you consume at the bar. However, there will be complimentary cava for the first hour.
As always we will have our regular 2-minute open mic sessions for members to promote their businesses. Although only two minutes, this is the ideal opportunity for members, old and new, to actively promote their business, make themselves known within the network as well as to gain some practice in pitching.
