Ten Catalan companies have entered this year’s list of “50 Best Workplaces 2008″ in Spain. The survey, which started in 2002 in Spain, was conducted among 100,650 Spanish workers.Catalan companies with the highest scores in this year’s ranking include La Caixa, pharmaceutical company Amgen, Arbora & Ausonia, AUSA, EKMGroup, Emagister.com, Infojobs.net, Expomobi, Proclinic and Softonic.Some 250 companies agreed to participate in this year’s study, with employees answering 60 questions about managers’ attitudes, work resources and tools, commitment to the company values, and social atmosphere in the workplace. Among the 50 Spanish companies selected, only 18 have a 100% Spanish capital while the rest are foreign multinational conglomerates.
